Built in 1875, Ranelagh House is set on 15 acres and features a tennis court, swimming pool and a guest kitchen. The restored heritage home is located opposite the Macquarie River and is only 3 minutes’ drive from the centre of town.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AUD 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Applicable Pet Charges: Pets up to and including 20kg will incur a fee of $30 per night Pet over 20kg will incur a fee of $45 per night Please note if you choose to house your pet in the outside Pet Cottage then no charges will apply. Beautiful house,on a very large property

Beautiful old house but quite run down, no maintenance seems to be done for years. The property could be a great venue but the owner needs to invest quite a bit of time in it.

The stay certainly had character, the large Billard table was great likewise the large screen for TV - could not get the DVD player to work however. Old world charm was good.
